Refund policy

In case of a non business order, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason and undo the purchase. This right does not apply to business orders!

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the shipment to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging, whereby you are responsible for the return costs and method. Within 2 working days after receiving your return shipment, we will credit the amount to you.

If you have a defective item, you must contact us at all times to expedite the handling process as quickly as possible.
